07:15 Lontoo, 09:15 Helsinki, 26.1.2021 – Afarak Group Oyj (”Afarak” tai ”Yhtiö) (LSE: AFRK, NASDAQ: AFAGR)HELSINGIN HALLINTO-OIKEUS EI MUUTTANUT FINANSSIVALVONNAN PÄÄTÖSTÄPörssitiedoteHelsingin hallinto-oikeus antoi tänään päätöksen Afarakin tekemästä valituksesta   Finanssivalvonnan Afarakille määräämää seuraamusmaksupäätöstä koskien.Helsingin hallinto-oikeus ei muuttanut Finanssivalvonnan päätöstä.  Afarak julkaisi 24.9.2019 tiedotteen siitä, että Finanssivalvonta määräsi Afarakille 1 450 000 euron seuraamusmaksu sisäpiiritiedon julkistamiseen ja sisäpiiriluettelon pitämiseen liittyvistä laiminlyönneistä.Helsingin hallinto-oikeuden päätös ei ole lainvoimainen. Yhtiöllä on oikeus valittaa 26.1.2021 annetusta päätöksestä korkeimpaan hallinto-oikeuteen 30 päivän kuluessa siitä, kun se on saanut päätöksestä tiedon edellyttäen, että korkein hallinto-oikeus myöntää valitusluvan.Yhtiön hallitus tulee perehtymään Helsingin hallinto-oikeuden päätökseen huolella ja harkitsee soveliaita jatkotoimia. Yhtiö tulee tiedottamaan jatkotoimista aikanaan.
