Informacija apie AB „Ignitis grupės“ vadovų ilgalaikio skatinimo programą

2021 sausio 8 d. AB „Ignitis grupės“ (toliau – „Ignitis grupė“ arba Bendrovė) atstovai dalyvavo Seimo Biudžeto ir finansų komiteto ir Ekonomikos komiteto posėdyje, kuriame ketino pristatyti informaciją apie ilgalaikį vadovų skatinimą akcijomis.Siekiant užtikrinti skaidrumą ir informacijos prieinamumą visoms suinteresuotoms šalims, šiuo pranešimu Bendrovė skelbia minėtam posėdžiui ruoštą pristatymą, kuris patalpintas Bendrovės internetinėje svetainėje.Tuo pačiu Bendrovė pažymi, kad žiniasklaidoje ir politiniame lygmenyje vyksta diskusijos dėl vadovų ilgalaikio skatinimo, tačiau aktualią ir teisingą informaciją galite rasti Bendrovės skelbtuose esminiuose pranešimuose per biržą: 2020 m. rugsėjo 17 d. pranešimas apie Akcijų suteikimo taisykles darbuotojams ir vadovams (nuoroda), apie programą „Ignitis grupė“ paskelbė gruodžio 4 d., apie opcionų sutartis su Bendrovės valdybos nariais paskelbė 2020 m. gruodžio 18 d., tą pačią dieną Bendrovė paskelbė ir pagrindinių vadovų opcionų sutartis. Gruodžio 29 d. Bendrovė paskelbė žiniasklaidoje paskelbtos netikslios informacijos paneigimą.„Ignitis grupė“ apie siūlomus arba priimtus sprendimus, susijusius su darbuotojų ir vadovų ilgalaikio skatinimo programa, kaip ir iki šiol, informuos nedelsiant.Daugiau informacijos:Artūras Ketlerius
