ROBIT OYJ LUOVUTTAA OMIA OSAKKEITAAN HALLITUSPALKKIOINA SEKÄ JOHDON PALKANOSUUKSINARobit Oyj:n hallitus päätti kokouksessaan 18.12.2020 luovuttaa yhteensä 19 893 yhtiön osaketta hallituspalkkioina hallituskauden 2020 perusteella hallituksen jäsenille. Luovutus perustuu yhtiökokouksen 22.4.2020 antamaan valtuutukseen.Toimitusjohtajalle päätetiin luovuttaa yhteensä 3 226 osaketta osana kiinteää vuosipalkkaa. Luovutus perustuu toimitusjohtajasopimukseen. Luovutettavien osakkeiden kokonaisarvo on 12 000,72 euroa.Talousjohtajalle päätetiin luovuttaa yhteensä 8 710 osaketta osaksi kiinteää vuosipalkkaa ja osaksi kertaluontoisena korvauksena. Luovutus perustuu johtajasopimukseen. Luovutettavien osakkeiden kokonaisarvo on 32 401,20 euroa.Edellä luovutettavien osakkeiden osakekohtainen luovutushinta on 3,72 euroa, joka on Robit Oyj:n osakkeen 17.12.2020 päätöskurssi. Luovutettavien osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on näin ollen yhteensä 31 829 kappaletta ja kokonaisarvo on 118 403,88 euroa.Osakepalkkiot maksetaan Robit Oyj:n hallussa olevilla yhtiön omilla osakkeilla, joten yhtiön osakkeiden kokonaismäärä ei muutu. Robit Oyj:n hallussa on omia osakkeita 120 964 kappaletta suoritettavien luovutusten jälkeen vastaten 0,6 prosenttia yhtiön osakkeiden kokonaismäärästä.Osakepalkkiot maksetaan 23.12.2020 mennessä.ROBIT OYJ
