Vandaag heeft Leasinvest Real Estate een kantoorgebouw verkocht van 1.750 m², gelegen aan de Route d’Esch 25 in Luxemburg-stad. De transactie werd gerealiseerd voor een bedrag van € 13 miljoen kosten koper, wat overeenkomt met een rendement van 4,8%.Michel Van Geyte, CEO: “Leasinvest zet in op een verdere dynamisering van haar portefeuille door verouderde gebouwen te verkopen en zich verder te focussen op nieuwe duurzame projecten.”
