Dėl AB „Ignitis grupė“ valdomų įmonių dividendų politikos atnaujinimo

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – „Ignitis grupė“) informuoja, kad 2020 m. gruodžio 15 d. „Ignitis grupė“ valdyba patvirtino atnaujintą „Ignitis grupės“ valdomų įmonių dividendų politiką (toliau – Valdomų įmonių dividendų politika). Šios dividendų politikos nuostatomis bus vadovaujamasi priimant sprendimus dėl „Ignitis grupės“ Valdomų įmonių dividendų skyrimo.Valdomų įmonių dividendų skyrimo principai atnaujinti siekiant užtikrinti „Ignitis grupės“ taikomoje dividendų politikoje numatytų dividendų išmokėjimą.Pagal atnaujintą Valdomų įmonių dividendų politiką, „Ignitis grupės“ valdoma įmonė (toliau – Valdoma įmonė) dividendams už finansinius metus ar trumpesnį negu finansiniai metai laikotarpį skirs ne mažiau kaip 80 procentų Valdomos įmonės grynojo pelno, gauto ataskaitiniu laikotarpiu, už kurį siūlomi dividendai.Atnaujinta Valdomų įmonių dividendų politika įsigalios nuo š.m. gruodžio 15 d.Valdomų įmonių dividendų politika buvo peržiūrėta dėl 2020 m. rugsėjo 4 d. įsigaliojusios atnaujintos „Ignitis grupės“ dividendų politikos, apie kurią buvo skelbta 2020 m. rugsėjo 3 d. esminiame pranešime.Susipažinti su atnaujinta Valdomų įmonių dividendų politika galima prisegtame dokumente.Daugiau informacijos:Artūras Ketlerius
