På generalforsamlingen d.d. blev bestyrelsens beretning taget til efterretning og det foreliggende regnskab godkendt.Generalforsamlingen godkendte bestyrelsens forslag om, at der udbetales kr. 5,00 pr. aktie á kr. 20.Generalforsamlingen genvalgte KPMG Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab som selskabets revisorer.Bestyrelsen fik fortsat sin bemyndigelse til at erhverve egne aktier op til en samlet værdi på 7,6 mio. kr., svarende til 20% af selskabets aktiekapital, til et vederlag,
der svarer til den på erhvervelsestidspunktet noterede køberkurs på Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen med en margin på +/- 10%. Bemyndigelsen er gældende 5 år fra datoen for generalforsamlingen.Forslag fra bestyrelsen vedr. vederlagspolitik og ændring af selskabets vedtægter blev ligeledes vedtaget.
