Ovaron marraskuun kuukausiraportti – vuokrausaste nousi 93,7 %:iinOvaron asuntomyynti ja Ydintoiminnan vuokrausasteOvaron strategiana on omistaa ja kehittää vuokraukseen hyvin sopivia kiinteistöjä (Ydintoiminta) sekä 2019 2021 aikana luopua omistusasumiseen soveltuvista asunnoista (Muu toiminta). Ovaro julkaisee kuukausittain Muun toiminnan myyntitiedot ja Ydintoiminnan vuokrausasteen. Marraskuussa 2020 yhtiö myi 25 asuntoa velattomilta hinnoiltaan 4,6 M€ (3,6 M€,11/2019). Tämän vuoden aikana (1.1.2020-30.11.2020) yhtiön on myynyt yhteensä 127 asuntoa, joiden yhteisarvo oli 26,1 M€ (28,7 M€, 2019).Vuokrauksen neliöpohjainen vuokrausaste oli 93,7 % (87,4 %, 11/2019).
Toimitusjohtaja Marko Huttunen:”Ovaron vuokrausaste kasvoi 93,7 prosenttiin, vaikka asuntojen vuokramarkkinat ovat alkaneet hiljentyä loppuvuoteen tultaessa. Jatkamme asuntokannan kehittämistä kilpailukykyisemmäksi, jotta asuntojen on helpompi vuokrata ja niissä viihdytään.” ”Asuntoja myynti sujui hyvin yleisestä epävarmuudesta huolimatta. Marraskuussa kauppa kävi ja myimme 4,6 miljoonan euron arvosta asuntoja. Tämän vuoden aikana olemme myyneet asuntoja yhteensä 26,1 miljoonalla eurolla.”
