eQ OYJ:N OSAKEMÄÄRÄ ON LISÄÄNTYNYT OPTIO-OIKEUKSILLA MERKITYILLÄ OSAKKEILLA

eQ OYJ      OSAKKEIDEN KOKONAISMÄÄRÄ JA ÄÄNIMÄÄRÄ
26.11.2020, klo 8:30eQ Oyj:n optio-ohjelman 2015 mukaisilla optio-oikeuksilla on merkitty yhteensä 150.000 uutta yhtiön osaketta. Merkintähinta 373.500 euroa kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon, joten eQ Oyj:n osakepääoma säilyy ennallaan. Yhtiön osakkeiden lukumäärä merkinnän jälkeen on 38.872.198.Merkintöjä vastaava osakemäärän lisäys on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin tänään 26.11.2020. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat omistajilleen osakkeenomistajan oikeudet rekisteröintipäivästä lähtien.
