10:00 Lontoo, 12:00 Helsinki, 23.11.2020 – Afarak Group Oyj (”Afarak” tai ”Yhtiö) (LSE: AFRK, NASDAQ: AFAGR)H1 2020 SEKÄ TILIKAUTTA 2019 KOSKEVAT UUDET TALOUDELLISET VERTAILUTIEDOTPörssitiedoteKuten 10. syyskuuta 2020 on ilmoitettu, Afarak Mogale (Pty) Ltd:n määräysvallan mennettämisen johdosta Afarak Group ei enää yhdistele Afarak Mogale (Pty) Ltd:tä tytäryhtiönä konserniin. Afarak Group on uudelleenluokitellut Afarak Mogale (Pty) Ltd:n aiemmin raportoidut tuloslaskelmat lopetetuksi toiminnoksi. Luokittelumuutoksella ei ole vaikutusta aiemmin raportoituihin konsernitaseen lukuihin. Oikaistut konsernituloslaskelmat ja segmentti-informaatio tilikaudelta 2019 sekä osavuosijaksoilta Q1-Q4 2019 ja H1 2020 on esitetty liitteenä olevassa tiedostossa. Oikaisuja aikaisemmille jaksoille ei ole tehty.
