 Ekstraordinær generalforsamling i Conferize A/SSom oplyst i selskabsmeddelelserne nr. 10/2020 og nr. 11/2020 har Nebbegård Invest A/S, Kolind A/S m.fl. og en række andre aktionærer solgt deres aktieposter til Blue Horizon Investment ApS m.fl. På den baggrund er der et ønske om at ændre sammensætningen af bestyrelsen.Selskabet indkalder hermed til ekstraordinær generalforsamling tirsdag d. 8. december 2020 med henblik på at vælge nye medlemmer til bestyrelsen. Vedlagt følger dagsorden og fuldstændige forslag.Blue Horizon Investment ApS m.fl. oplyser til selskabet, at den grundlæggende tanke bag erhvervelsen af aktier i selskabet er at videreføre selskabets eksisterende aktiviteter. Tiden frem til den ekstraordinære generalforsamling vil blive brugt på at kortlægge de nærmere muligheder for dette, herunder mulighederne for at rejse den nødvendige kapital.De konkrete resultater og tiltag som følge af kortlægningen vil blive præsenteret hurtigst muligt og senest umiddelbart forud for den ekstraordinære generalforsamling tirsdag d. 8. december 2020.Cvr. nr. 34472742 | invest.conferize.com
