Aequi Acquisition Corp. Announces Pricing of $200,000,000 Initial Public Offering

New York, NY, Nov. 19, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Aequi Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market and trade under the ticker symbol “ARBGU” beginning Friday, November 20, 2020.Each unit consists of one share of the Company’s Class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one share of the Company’s Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbols “ARBG” and “ARBGW,” respectively. The initial public offering is expected to close on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.The Company is a newly incorporated blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
