Meddelelse nr. 1 2020/21                                                                                                                       Opjustering af forventningerne til basisindtjeningen for 2019/20.I delårsrapport af den 27. august 2020 for regnskabsårets første ni måneder frem til 30. juni 2020 blev det oplyst.:”For regnskabsåret 2019/20 forventes en basisindtjening i niveauet kr. 38 mio., hvilket er i overensstemmelse med den seneste udmelding i selskabsmeddelelse nr. 7 2019/20 af 10. august 2020.”På baggrund af en foreløbig gennemgang af udkast til årsrapport pr. 30. september 2020 forventes en basisindtjening i niveauet kr. 42 mio. mod tidligere forventet i niveauet kr. 38 mio. Den højere basisindtjening skyldes primært forøgede finansieringsindtægter og et bedre forløb for nettotab/gevinst på pantebreve end forventet.Revision af årsrapporten er endnu ikke afsluttet, hvorfor der kan komme justering til ovennævnte forventede basisindtjening.Årets resultat vil fremgå af den endelige årsrapport 2019/20, der forventes offentliggjort den 16. december 2020.Henvendelse vedrørende nærværende meddelelse kan rettes til undertegnede.Med venlig hilsen
