Archrock Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, Nov. 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (“Archrock”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share of common stock, or $0.58 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on November 18, 2020 to all stockholders of record on November 12, 2020.
