Tilfredsstillende udvikling i 3. kvartal af 2020GrønlandsBANKENs resultat før skat er på tkr. 94.006 ved udgangen af september 2020 mod tkr. 115.923 i samme periode i 2019.Resultatet før kursreguleringer og nedskrivninger udgør tkr. 109.091 mod tkr. 112.715 året før.Udlånet er i 3. kvartal 2020 på niveau med 2. kvartal 2020 og udgør kr. 3.735 mio. Udlån og garantier er samlet øget med kr. 82 mio. i 2020 og udgør i alt kr. 5.320 mio. Banken vurderer, at det er en tilfredsstillende udvikling i lyset af den usikkerhed som COVID-19 medfører.Netto rente- og gebyrindtægter udgør tkr. 239.671 mod tkr. 240.099 i de første 3 kvartaler i 2019.De samlede omkostninger inkl. afskrivninger udgør ved udgangen af 3. kvartal 2020 tkr. 133.923 Mod tkr. 131.664 i samme periode i 2019.Kursreguleringer udviser ved udgangen af september 2020 et kurstab på tkr. 4.691 mod en kursgevinst på tkr. 9.823 i samme periode i 2019.Nedskrivninger på udlån og garantier udviser en stigning på tkr. 3.779 i forhold til de første tre kvartaler af 2019 og udgør tkr. 10.394.Nedskrivninger og hensættelser på bankens udlån og garantier udgør 0,2 % af bankens samlede udlån og garantier.Kapitalprocent og kernekapitalprocent på 23,0 og solvensbehov på 11,6 %.Banken reviderede den 20. oktober 2020 sit forecast for årets resultat før skat til niveauet kr. 110 – 125 mio.
