SmallCap Danmark A/S’s bestyrelse har d.d. behandlet og godkendt delårsrapporten for perioden 1. januar – 30. september 2020, hvorfra følgende kan fremhæves:Resultatet for 1-3. kvartal 2020 blev på DKK -0,3m før og efter skat. Resultatet for 3. kvartal 2020 blev resultatet på DKK 2,0m før og efter skat.Korrigeret for udbetalt udbytte steg aktiekursen på Rias A/S i 1-3. kvartal 2020 med 2%. I 3. kvartal 2020 steg børskursen med 11%.SmallCap Danmark A/S’ aktiver bestod d. 30. september 2020 af aktier i Rias A/S for DKK 21,7m (79% af selskabets egenkapital) samt likvider for DKK 6,0m (21% af egenkapitalen).Egenkapitalen udgjorde d. 30. september 2020 DKK 27,5m, svarende til en indre værdi af selskabets aktier på DKK 7,3 kr. pr. aktie.Selskabets strategi er uændret at afsøge markedet for mulige købere til hele selskabet med henblik på at opnå den højest mulige værdi af børsplatformen. Det er uvist om, og i givet fald hvornår, en transaktion på attraktive vilkår kan gennemføres.SmallCap Danmark A/S forventer nu driftsomkostninger i 2020 i den nedre del af det tidligere forventede interval på DKK 1,5-2m.
