Vincit OyjYhtiötiedote 29.10.2020 kello 9:35Vincit Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt osingonjaosta perustuen yhtiökokouksen hallitukselle antamaan valtuutukseenVincit Oyj:n yhtiökokous, joka pidettiin 22.4.2020, valtuutti hallituksen päättämään enintään 0,07 euron osakekohtaisen osingon jakamisesta yhdessä tai useammassa erässä myöhempänä ajankohtana.Vincit Oyj:n hallitus on tänään päättänyt, että emoyhtiön jakokelpoisista varoista maksetaan osinkoa 0,07 euroa osakkeelta. Tämä tarkoittaa kokonaisuudessaan 843.692,71 euron osinkoa.Osinko maksetaan osakkeenomistajille, jotka osingonmaksun täsmäytyspäivänä 2.11.2020 ovat merkittyinä Euroclear Finland Oy:n pitämään yhtiön osakasluetteloon.
