Verkkokauppa.com Oyj Pörssitiedote 23.10.2020 klo 7.45Verkkokauppa.com päätti kvartaaliosingon neljännen ja viimeisen erän jakamisestaVerkkokauppa.com Oyj:n hallitus on tänään varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 2020 sille antaman valtuutuksen perusteella päättänyt, että yhtiön kertyneistä voittovaroista jaetaan osinkoa 0,055 euroa osakkeelta (yhteensä enintään 2 478 582,15 euroa).Osinko maksetaan osakkeenomistajalle, joka on osingon täsmäytyspäivänä 27.10.2020 merkittynä Euroclear Finland Oy:n pitämään yhtiön osakasluetteloon. Osinko maksetaan 3.11.2020.Verkkokauppa.comin 31.3.2020 pidetty varsinainen yhtiökokous päätti valtuuttaa hallituksen päättämään harkintansa mukaan osingonjakamisesta. Valtuutuksen perusteella jaettavan osingon määrä on yhteensä enintään 0,162 euroa osakkeelta. Ellei hallitus päätä toisin tai Suomen arvo-osuusjärjestelmän säädöksien tai säännöksien mahdollisista muutoksista muuta johdu, valtuutuksen perusteella jaetaan osinkoa kolme kertaa valtuutuksen voimassaoloaikana. Näin meneteltäessä hallitus tekee erilliset päätökset osingonjaosta. Yhtiö julkistaa tällaiset päätökset erikseen.Tänään päättämän osingonjaon jälkeen yhtiöllä ei ole voimassa olevia osingonjakovaltuutuksia.Lisätietoja:Panu Porkka
