EMLENTON, Pa., Nov. 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Board of Directors of Emclaire Financial Corp (NASDAQ: EMCF), the parent holding company of the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, declared a quarterly cash dividend on November 20, 2019 of $0.29 per common share payable on December 20, 2019, to shareholders of record on December 2, 2019. This quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend yield of 3.5% based on the stock’s closing price of $32.75 per share on November 19, 2019.
