1 januari – 30 september 2020Substansvärdet den 30 september 2020 var 112,3 mdkr, eller 258 kr per aktie, en minskning under de första nio månaderna med 1 kr per aktie. Inklusive återinvesterad utdelning var substansvärdeförändringen 0 %.Totalavkastningen uppgick under de första nio månaderna 2020 till 5 % för A-aktien och 6 % för C-aktien, jämfört med 8 % för Stockholmsbörsens totalavkastningsindex (SIXRX).Resultat per aktie uppgick under perioden till -0,98 kr.Under de första nio månaderna 2020 förvärvades aktier för 0,7 mdkr i Volvo A, 0,4 mdkr i Handelsbanken A, 0,4 mdkr i SCA B, 0,3 mdkr i Sandvik och 0,3 mdkr i Essity B.Skuldsättningsgraden den 30 september 2020 var 5 %.Med anledning av den rådande osäkerheten till följd av Covid-19-pandemin föreslog styrelsen att inte lämna någon utdelning, vilket fastställdes av årsstämman.Denna information är sådan som AB Industrivärden är skyldigt att offentliggöra enligt EU:s marknadsmissbruksförordning.
