Forgangsréttarútboð Regins hf. á allt að 40.000.000 hlutum á genginu 15,0 kr. á hlut hefst á morgun, föstudaginn 25. september kl 09:00 (GMT) og stendur yfir til mánudagsins 28. september kl 17:00 (GMT). Hluthafar Regins hafa forgangsrétt að hinum nýju hlutum sem boðnir eru og er sölu þeirra aðeins beint að hluthöfum Regins. Hluthöfum er heimilt að framselja forgangsrétt sinn að hluta eða í heild, hvort heldur til annars forgangsréttarhafa eða til annarra.
