Verkkokauppa.com Oyj PÖRSSITIEDOTE 21.9.2020 klo 9.45Verkkokauppa.comin taloudellinen tiedottaminen ja yhtiökokous vuonna 2021Verkkokauppa.com julkaisee vuonna 2021 seuraavat taloustiedotteet:Tilinpäätöstiedote 2020 julkaistaan perjantaina 12.2.2021Osavuosikatsaus tammi-maaliskuu perjantaina 23.4.2021Puolivuosikatsaus tammi-kesäkuu perjantaina 16.7.2021Osavuosikatsaus tammi-syyskuu perjantaina 22.10.2021Tilinpäätös 2020 (vuosikertomus) julkaistaan yhtiön kotisivuilla viikolla 9.Yhtiökokous on suunniteltu pidettäväksi torstaina 25.3.2021 Helsingissä klo 14. Hallitus julkistaa yhtiökokouskutsun myöhemmin erikseen. Osakkeenomistajan, joka haluaa saada tietyn asian yhtiökokouksen käsiteltäväksi, on toimitettava vaatimuksensa perusteluineen tai päätösehdotuksineen viimeistään 4.2.2021 yhtiön hallitukselle kirjallisesti osoitteeseen: Verkkokauppa.com Oyj, Hallitus, c/o hallituksen sihteeri, Tyynenmerenkatu 11, 6 krs., 00220 Helsinki.Verkkokauppa.com noudattaa 30 päivän hiljaista jaksoa ennen tilinpäätöstiedotteiden, puolivuosikatsausten ja osavuosikatsausten julkistuksia.
