FLEURY MICHONFLEURY MICHON A SIGNE UN PROTOCOLE D’ACCORD AVEC LE GROUPE ITALIEN BERETTA AFIN DE LUI CEDER SA PARTICIPATION DE 50% AU SEIN DE LA SOCIETE ITALIENNE PIATTI FRESCHI ITALIAPouzauges, le mercredi 16 septembre 2020, avant bourseLe groupe Fleury Michon et le groupe Beretta ont développé, depuis 2001, un partenariat au sein de Piatti Freschi Italia, société mère du groupe PFI, spécialisée dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de plats cuisinés frais et d’autres produits alimentaires en Italie.Le mardi 15 septembre 2020, le groupe Fleury Michon et le groupe Beretta ont conclu un protocole d’accord portant sur la cession de l’intégralité des titres détenus par Fleury Michon (50% du capital social) à la société Mariofelice S.P.A., société mère du groupe Beretta.  L’acte notarié finalisant cette cession devrait être signé dans les prochaines semaines.
