The total nominal value of issued bonds 900 000 000 EUR; ISIN codes XS1646530565; XS1853999313; XS2177349912.The Company informs that on 3 September 2020 The Board of AB Ignitis Grupė, by taking into account application of 2 September 2020 of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Ministry of Finance), the authority implementing the rights of the sole shareholder of the Company, approved the draft decision on the distribution of dividends for a period shorter than the financial year to the shareholder of AB Ignitis Grupė and intends to apply to the Ministry of Finance for the adoption of the decision of the sole shareholder.Given the fact that all the conditions for paying dividends for a period shorter than the financial year established in Paragraph 5 of Article 601 of Republic of Lithuania Law on Campanies are met, the Board of the Company decided to propose to the Ministry of Finance to make a decision on interim dividends of EUR 42 million for the six-month period which ended on 30 June 2020.The decision to apply to the Ministry of Finance for the payment of dividends will take effect after a new dividend policy of the Company comes into effect.For more information please contact:Artūras KetleriusHead of Public Relations at Ignitis Grouparturas.ketlerius@ignitis.lt
