Dėl sprendimo siūlyti išmokėti dividendus už trumpesnį negu finansiniai metai laikotarpį

Bendra  „Ignitis grupė“ išleistų obligacijų nominali vertė 900 000 000 EUR; ISIN kodai: XS1646530565; XS1853999313; XS2177349912.Bendrovė informuoja, kad 2020 m. rugsėjo 3 d. AB „Ignitis grupė“ valdyba, atsižvelgdama į jos vienintelio akcininko teises įgyvendinančios Lietuvos Respublikos finansų ministerijos (toliau – Finansų ministerija) 2020 m. rugsėjo 2 d. paraišką, pritarė sprendimo dėl dividendų už trumpesnį negu finansiniai metai laikotarpį skyrimo AB „Ignitis grupė“ akcininkui projektui ir ketina kreiptis į Finansų ministeriją dėl vienintelio akcininko sprendimo priėmimo.Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad yra tenkinamos visos Lietuvos Respublikos akcinių bendrovių įstatymo 601 straipsnio 5 dalyje nustatytos dividendų už trumpesnį negu finansiniai metai laikotarpį skyrimo sąlygos, Bendrovės valdyba nusprendė siūlyti Finansų ministerijai priimti sprendimą dėl 42 mln. eurų tarpinių dividendų už šešių mėnesių laikotarpį, pasibaigusį 2020 m. birželio 30 d., išmokėjimo.Sprendimas kreiptis į Finansų ministeriją dėl dividendų išmokėjimo įsigalios po to, kai įsigalios naujai patvirtinta Bendrovės dividendų politika.Daugiau informacijos:Artūras Ketlerius, „Ignitis grupės“ ryšių su visuomene vadovas, +370 620 76076, arturas.ketlerius@ignitis.lt
