Admicom Oyj: Simo Ratilainen eroaa Admicom Oyj:n hallituksestaADMICOM OYJ SISÄPIIRITIETO 2.9.2020 KLO 18:30
Admicom Oyj:n hallituksen jäsen Simo Ratilainen on 27.8.2020 ilmoittanut eroavansa yhtiön hallituksesta. Ero astuu voimaan 2.9.2020 ja sen taustalla on oma pyyntö.Admicomin yhtiöjärjestyksen mukaan hallitukseen kuuluu vähintään viisi ja enintään kahdeksan jäsentä. Admicom Oyj:n hallitus jatkaa eron jälkeen seitsemän jäsenen voimin.
