SP Group A/S har i går solgt i alt 15.000 stk. SPG aktier til kurs 190,83 fra 2017 programmet, fondskode DK0061027356, svarende til DKK 2.862.450,00 til direktør Søren Ulstrup, som indløste sine warranter.SP Group A/S har idag solgt i alt 10.000 stk. SPG aktier til kurs 190,83 fra 2017 programmet, fondskode DK0061027356, svarende til DKK 1.908.300,00 til direktør Lars Ravn Bering, som indløste sine warranter.SP Group A/S har i det åbne vindue yderligere solgt i alt 15.000 stk. SPG aktier til kurs 190,83 fra 2017 programmet til 2 ledende medarbejdere, der indløste warranter. Den samlede salgspris udgør DKK 2.862.450,00.Der er således i alt indløst 40.000 warranter og solgt 40.000 stk. SPG aktier for en samlet salgspris af DKK 7.633.200,00.Der resterer herefter 11.535 warranter fra 2016 programmet, og der resterer herefter 255.000 warranter fra 2017 programmet, der kan indløses senere.
