Osakkeiden merkintä optio-oikeuksilla 2018Rovio Entertainment Oyj:n vuoden 2018 optio-ohjelman optio-oikeuksilla on 6.2.2020 – 6.8.2020 välisenä aikana merkitty yhteensä 2 250 Rovion osaketta. Optio-oikeuksilla 2018A on merkitty 2 250 yhtiön uutta osaketta merkintähintaan 5,08 euroa. Optio-oikeuksilla tehtyjen merkintöjen merkintähinta, yhteensä 11 430,00 euroa, kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon.Merkintöjen pohjalta Rovio Entertainment Oyj:n osakkeiden lukumäärä nousee 81 270 361 osakkeeseen.Optio-oikeuksien perusteella merkityt osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin 24.8.2020. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat omistajilleen osakkeenomistajan oikeudet rekisteröintipäivästä lähtien.Osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:ssä yhdessä vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa 25.8.2020 alkaen.ROVIO ENTERTAINMENT OYJLisätietoja:
