Halvårets resultat før skat udgør et overskud på 26,7 mio.kr. mod 37,6 mio.kr. i samme periode året før. Resultatet forrenter egenkapitalen med 11,5 % p.a. Koncernen har en flot fremgang i netto rente- og gebyrindtægter på 4,7 mio.kr. (6 %) efter et halvår med høj aktivitet på bolig og realkreditområdet samt en stor tilgang af nye kunder. Fremgangen modsvares af øgede nedskrivninger, som følge af ledelsesmæssige tillæg.Nedskrivninger på udlån udgør en udgift på 6,7 mio.kr. mod en indtægt på 9,5 mio.kr. i samme periode året før, hvor Banken indtægtsførte et ledelsesmæssigt tillæg, som følge af forbedrede konjunkturer for landbruget. I første halvår 2020 indgår ledelsesmæssigt tillæg på 5,0 mio.kr. som følge af usikkerhed afledt af COVID-19. Koncernen ændrer forventningen til årets resultat før skat fra 25-45 mio.kr., som udmeldt i periodeoplysningen for 1. kvartal 2020, til 35-45 mio.kr., hvilket svarer til den oprindelige forventning i årsrapporten for 2019.Bestyrelsen udtrykker tilfredshed med resultatet, herunder væksten i netto rente- og gebyrindtægter.
