Forventninger til 2020

Som følge af COVID-19 suspenderede PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S forventningerne til 2020 den 21. marts 2020 (selskabsmeddelelse 06 / 2020). I forbindelse med udarbejdelse af delårsrapport for 1. halvår 2020 er konsekvenserne yderligere belyst, og selskabets ledelse vurderer, at der er et tilstrækkeligt grundlag til at melde forventninger for 2020 ud.PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S forventer for 2020 en omsætning i niveauet 550 til 650 mio.kr. og et resultat før skat på -200 til -150 mio.kr. De økonomiske forventninger er baseret på F.C. Københavns deltagelse i UEFA Europa League gruppespil i efteråret 2020 med et forventet resultat før skat herfor i niveauet 50 mio. kr.Resultatforventningerne er behæftet med stor usikkerhed. I forventningerne indgår ikke yderligere værdireguleringer af koncernens aktiver udover den i kvartalsrapporten for 1. kvartal 2020 oplyste værdiregulering af Investeringsejendommene på –37,5 mio.kr. Hovedparten af denne regulering er sket i forbindelse med den planlagte udskydelse af hjemfaldspligten til 2060.  Før suspensionen var forventningerne til 2020 en omsætning på 900 til 950 mio. kr. og et resultat før skat på 0 til 20 mio. kr.Delårsrapport for 1. halvår 2020 vil i henhold til selskabets finanskalender blive offentliggjort den 24. august 2020.Pressemeddelelse er vedhæftet.Med venlig hilsen
