Alingsås Tingsrätt fastställer ackord enligt förslag

Alingsås Tingsrätt har idag meddelat beslut från ackordsförhandling och fastställer ackordsförslaget. Samtidigt beslutar tingsrätten att förlänga rekonstruktionen till den 21 oktober.Det ackordsförslag som Clean Motion AB framställde den 18 juni har fastställts av tingsrätten. Beslutet vinner laga kraft den 14 augusti. Tingsrätten har samtidigt fattat beslut om att förlänga rekonstruktionen till den 21 oktober.
Det offentliga ackordet innebär att fordringar betalas fullt upp till 2 000 kr och med 25% på belopp överstigande 2 000 kr. Alternativt erbjuds deltagande I kvittningsemission till en kurs på 1,05 kr per aktie.
Ackordsförslaget och bolagets framtida verksamhet enligt rekonstruktionsplanen finansieras genom ett tillskott av eget kapital omfattande 15 000 000 kr genom riktad emission av aktier och/eller konvertibler till Interest Group Scandinavia AB.Lerum, 2020-07-24För mer information, vänligen kontakta:
