Gennemførelse af kapitalnedsættelse i Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S

 MEDDELELSE NR. 19 – 24. JULI 2020
På den ordinære generalforsamling den 12. juni 2020 og den ekstraordinære generalforsamling den 23. juni 2020 i Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S vedtog generalforsamlingen at ned­sætte Selskabets aktiekapital med DKK 1.500.000 fra DKK 42.200.000 til DKK 40.700.000 ved annullering af egne aktier.Kreditorernes frist for at anmelde krav til Selskabet er nu udløbet, uden at der er gjort indsigelser. Bestyrelsen har derfor besluttet at gennemføre kapitalnedsættelsen, og kapitalnedsættelsen er registreret i Erhvervs- og Selskabsstyrelsen.Som følge af kapitalnedsættelsen er Selskabets vedtægter ændret for så vidt angår aktiekapitalens størrelse. De reviderede vedtægter kan findes på Selskabets hjemmeside under Investor, Corporate Governance.Selskabets aktiekapital udgør herefter DKK 40.700.000.Efter annulleringen af egne aktier udgør Selskabets beholdning af egne aktier 1.709.367 stk., svarende til 4,20%.
