Interim dividend for 2026

Schedule

As announced in a press release dated July 30, 2026, Wendel intends to pay an interim dividend of €2.55 per share as part of the dividend to be distributed for the 2026 financial year. The expected payment schedule is as follows:

  • ex-dividend date: November 17, 2026
  • record date: November 18, 2026
  • payment date: November 19, 2026

The balance of the dividend to be distributed for the 2026 financial year will be submitted for approval at the next Shareholders’ Meeting, to be held on May 27, 2027.

Wendel est cotée sur l’Eurolist d’Euronext Paris.
