Filing of NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Nalunaq Property, Vesting of RSUs and Total Voting Rights

Reykjavík, Sept. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE)

(“Amaroq” or the “Company“)

Filing of NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Nalunaq Property,
Vesting of RSUs and Total Voting Rights

11 September 2026 – Amaroq Ltd. (LSE and NASDAQ Iceland: AMRQ, OTCQX: AMRQF), an independent mine development company focused on unlocking Greenland’s mineral potential, announces that it has filed on SEDAR+ an independent technical report in respect of its Nalunaq property, entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report, Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE5) – Nalunaq Gold Mine, Greenland”, dated 11 September 2026, with an effective date of 27 June 2026 (the “Technical Report”). The Technical Report was prepared by or under the supervision of James McFarlane, BSc (Hons), MSc, MCSM, CGeol FGS, FNEIMME, CEng QMR FIMMM, RPGeo MAIG, FIQ of Bara Consulting (UK) Ltd.

The Technical Report reiterates information previously announced by the Company on 29 July 2026 and does not contain any material new information.

The Technical Report is available under the Company’s issuer profile on SEDAR+ (www.sedarplus.ca) and on the Company’s website.

Vesting of RSUs and Total Voting Rights

The Company also announces that, following the vesting of RSUs granted to an employee under the Company’s RSU plan, a total of 75,498 new common shares of no par value (the “RSU Shares”) have been issued.

Together with the 72,381 new common shares issued as announced on 1 September 2026 in connection with the exercise of expiring share options, application will therefore be made for a total of 147,879 new common shares of no par value to be admitted to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (“Admission”). It is currently expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in such new common shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 17 September 2026.

The Company’s total issued share capital therefore consists of 466,392,011 common shares of no par value, each with voting rights. Given that the Company does not hold any common shares in treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in interest in, the share capital of the Company.
