C-IV Capital Partners Completes Acquisition of Greystone’s Special Servicing Business

DALLAS and NEW YORK, Sept. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Greystone Servicing Company LLC (“Greystone”) and C-IV Asset Management LLC (“C-IV”) today announced the completion of C-IV’s acquisition of Greystone’s commercial real estate loan special servicing business. The transaction closed on September 1, 2026. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“Completing this transaction allows Greystone to focus our resources on the continued growth of our lending and primary servicing businesses, including our approximately $80 billion primary servicing portfolio,” said Steve Rosenberg, CEO of Greystone. “This is an important strategic step for Greystone and positions us well to continue investing in and growing these businesses. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and wish the Special Servicing team continued success as part of C-IV.”
