Aktsiaselts Infortar signed an agreement to sell shareholding in its subsidiaries
Today, on 31 August 2026, Aktsiaselts Infortar and OÜ Print Best entered into a share purchase agreement under which Aktsiaselts Infortar will sell its 100% shareholding in Tallinna Raamatutrükikoja OÜ and its 100% subsidiary AS Vaba Maa, as well as its 60% shareholding in its subsidiary CardPlus VM OÜ.
The transaction will be completed once the OÜ Print Best has obtained the necessary regulatory approval. The transaction represents Aktsiaselts Infortar’s exit from the printing services business segment.
The transaction is not treated as a transaction beyond everyday economic activities or a transaction of a significant importance, nor as a transaction with related persons, within the meaning of the “Requirements for Issuers” part of the NASDAQ Tallinn Stock Exchange rules. The transaction does not have a significant impact on Aktsiaselts Infortar’s activities. The members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of Aktsiaselts Infortar are not personally interested in the transaction in any other way.
