SKAGI: Reglubundin tilkynning um kaup á eigin bréfum í samræmi við endurkaupaáætlun – vika 14

Í 14.  viku 2026 keypti Skagi 1.350.000 eigin hluti að kaupverði alls kr. 22.835.000 eins og hér segir:

Kaupin eru í samræmi við endurkaupaáætlun félagsins sem hrint var í framkvæmd 2. mars 2026, sbr. tilkynningu á markað 23. febrúar 2026. Áætlað er að kaupa allt að 40 milljón eigin hluti sem jafngildir um 2,06% af útgefnu hlutafé félagsins, þó þannig að heildarfjárhæð endurkaupanna verði aldrei meiri en samtals kr. 750 milljónir króna að kaupverði. Endurkaup munu standa yfir þar til öðru hvoru framangreindra viðmiða um magn eða fjárhæð er náð, en þó aldrei lengur en við lokun markaða 5. júní 2026.

Skagi hefur nú keypt samtals 12.017.312  eigin hluti í félaginu að kaupverði kr. 209.028.638 og á nú samtals 22.350.000 eigin hluti eða 1,15% af heildarhlutafé félagsins sem er 1.940.311.770.

Framkvæmd endurkaupaáætlunar er í samræmi við lög um hlutafélög nr. 2/1995 og lög um aðgerðir gegn markaðssvikum nr. 60/2021, sbr. 5. gr. reglugerðar Evrópuþingsins og ráðsins nr. 596/2014 um markaðssvik, sbr. framselda reglugerð nr. 2016/1052 um tæknilega staðla og skilyrði endurkaupaáætlana.
