Gofore Oyj: Gofore Oyj:n omien osakkeidensa hankinta päättynyt

GOFORE OYJ YHTIÖTIEDOTE 30.6.2020 KLO 14.00  Gofore on saanut päätökseen omien osakkeidensa hankinnan, jonka aloittamisesta yhtiö tiedotti 24.3.2020. Yhtiö hankki 26.3.-30.6.2020 yhteensä 57 839 omaa osaketta keskihintaan 7,08 euroa osakkeelta. Osakkeet hankittiin Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n järjestämässä julkisessa kaupankäynnissä hankintahetken markkinahintaan. Omien osakkeiden hankinta perustui varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 26.3.2019 antamaan valtuutukseen ja osakkeet käytetään vastikkeena mahdollisissa yrityskaupoissa, osana yhtiön osakepohjaisia kannustinjärjestelmiä sekä muutoin edelleen luovutettavaksi, yhtiöllä pidettäväksi tai mitätöitäväksi.  Silver Planet Oy:n henkilöstölle suunnatun kannustinohjelman myötä heille luovutettiin 28.4.2020 vastikkeetta yhteensä 24 154 Goforen osaketta.Hankintaohjelman päätyttyä Gofore Oyj:llä on yhteensä 33 859 omaa osaketta, jotka vastaavat 0,24 prosenttia yhtiön kaikista osakkeista. Osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on 14 012 802.
