Konkurrencemyndighederne og Energistyrelsen har godkendt Ørsteds frasalg af eldistributions-, privatkunde- og udendørsbelysningsforretningen

Den 18. september 2019 meddelte Ørsted, at selskabet havde indgået en aftale om at sælge den danske eldistributionsforretning (Radius) samt privatkunde- og udendørsbelysningsforretning til SEAS-NVE. Handlen var betinget af konkurrencemyndighedernes og Energistyrelsens godkendelse, og begge myndigheder har nu godkendt handlen.Indholdet af denne meddelelse har ingen indflydelse på Ørsteds tidligere udmeldte forventninger til resultat eller investeringsniveau for regnskabsåret 2020.Ørsteds vision er at skabe en verden, der udelukkende kører på grøn energi. Ørsted udvikler, opfører og driver hav- og landvindmølleparker samt bioenergi-, solcelle- og energilagringsanlæg og leverer energiprodukter til sine kunder. Ørsted topper i 2020 Corporate Knights’ Global 100-indeks over verdens mest bæredygtige virksomheder og rangerer på klimaorganisationen CDP’s A-liste for sin globalt førende indsats mod klimaforandringer.
