COMMUNIQUE DE PRESSESUSPENSION DE COTATION DU TITREParis (France), 18 juin 2020 –Technicolor (Euronext Paris : TCH ; OTCQX : TCLRY) (la “Société“) annonce aujourd’hui qu’étant donné le risque de rumeurs portant sur des informations privilégiées au moment de finaliser les négociations en cours avec ses prêteurs au titre des Contrats de Crédits, comme annoncé dans le communiqué de presse du 4 juin, elle a demandé à Euronext Paris de suspendre la cotation du titre, à compter de l’ouverture du marché aujourd’hui, jusqu’au 19 juin inclus.
