United Bankers OyjPÖRSSITIEDOTE 17.6.2020 klo 12:15United Bankers Oyj julkaisee toimielinten palkitsemispolitiikanUnited Bankers Oyj:n (”Yhtiö”) hallitus on tänään hyväksynyt Yhtiön toimielinten palkitsemispolitiikan, jonka Yhtiö on laatinut Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalle siirtymisen yhteydessä.
Palkitsemispolitiikassa määritellään Yhtiön hallituksen ja toimitusjohtajan palkitsemisen periaatteet, ja se esitetään Yhtiön vuoden 2021 varsinaiselle yhtiökokoukselle neuvoa-antavaa päätöksentekoa varten.Palkitsemispolitiikka on kokonaisuudessaan tämän pörssitiedotteen liitteenä, ja se on saatavilla Yhtiön verkkosivustolta osoitteesta https://unitedbankers.fi/fi/oyj/sijoittajat/hallinnointi/palkitseminen.UNITED BANKERS OYJ
