Akciju sabiedrības „GRINDEKS”, vienotais reģ. nr. 40003034935, juridiskā adrese: Krustpils iela 53, Rīga, LV-1057 (tālāk tekstā – Sabiedrība), valde, ņemot vērā Covid-19 pandēmiju, lai aizsargātu akcionāru, Sabiedrības darbinieku un sabiedrības veselību kopumā, aicina visus akcionārus 2020. gada 30. jūnija kārtējā akcionāru sapulcē piedalīties rakstveidā, pirms akcionāru sapulces aizpildot balsojuma veidlapu, kas pievienota šī paziņojuma pielikumā.
Lūdzam aizpildītu balsojuma veidlapu nosūtīt:parakstītu ar derīgu elektronisko parakstu elektroniski uz Sabiedrības e-pasta adresi: liene.snore@grindeks.lv; vaiparakstītu papīra formā uz sabiedrības pasta adresi: Krustpils iela 53 Rīga, LV-1057. Šajā gadījumā balsojuma veidlapai jābūt notariāli apliecinātai vai tai jāpievieno akcionāra kontaktinformācija (tālruņa numurs un e-pasta adrese), lai Sabiedrības valdei būtu iespēja akcionāru identificēt.Akcionārs, kurš balsojis pirms akcionāru sapulces, var lūgt Sabiedrību apstiprināt balsojuma saņemšanu. Sabiedrība nekavējoties pēc akcionāra balsojuma saņemšanas nosūta akcionāram apstiprinājumu.Balsojumā tiks ņemtas vērā visas balsis, kas būs saņemtas Sabiedrībā līdz 2020. gada 29. jūnijam.Pielikumā:
