CTS Corporation Announces the Departure of Director Diana Murphy

LISLE, Ill., Nov. 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CTS Corporation (NYSE: CTS) announced that Diana Murphy will be leaving the Board to be effective following its Annual Shareholders Meeting in 2020 in order to pursue other endeavors.  Kieran O’Sullivan, Chairman and CEO, and Bob Profusek, CTS’ Lead Independent Director, expressed their sincere gratitude to Ms. Murphy for her years of outstanding service and guidance.
