Investors House OyjSisäpiiritieto 5.6.2020 klo 12.20INVESTORS HOUSE NOSTAA OMISTUSOSUUDEN RAHASTOYHTIÖSSÄÄN 100 %:IINKiinteistöliiketoiminnan koko arvoketjussa toimiva Investors House hankki 2018 enemmistön Dividend Housesta, joka silloin hallinnoi osinkostrategiaan perustuvia osakerahastoja. Yritysoston jälkeen rahastoyhtiö on hankkinut AIFM-toimiluvan, lanseerannut kaksi kiinteistörahastoa, nostanut AUM:in noin 2,5-kertaiseksi hankintahetkeen nähden sekä muuttanut toiminimensä Investors House Rahastot Oy:ksi. Lisäksi rahastoyhtiön uutena toimitusjohtajana aloitti KTT Aarni Pursiainen 1.2.2020.Tänään tehdyllä kaupalla Investors House on nostanut omistusosuutensa rahastoyhtiössä 67 %:sta 100 %:iin. Kokonaiskauppahinta hankituista osakkeista on noin 0,9 M€. Omistuksen kasvattaminen hiukan lisää Investors Housen operatiivista tulosta 2020.Toimitusjohtaja Petri Roininen, Investors House Oyj’’Tiivistämme konsernia.
