556168-6360Pressmeddelande 1 juni 2020Hexatronic tecknar avtal om förvärv av det brittiska fiberoptikbolaget Tech OpticsHexatronic Group AB (publ) (”Hexatronic”) har den 1 juni ingått avtal om förvärv av samtliga aktier i det brittiska fiberoptikbolaget Tech Optics Ltd. (“Tech Optics”).Tech Optics är en leverantör och tillverkare av fiberoptiska komponenter som grundades 1988. Bolaget specialiserar sig på fiberoptiska komponenter för extrema miljöer som till exempel försvar, flygindustri och olja och gasindustri. Tech Optics är en godkänd leverantör till den brittiska försvarsindustrin och tillhandahåller flera ledande bolag globalt med en stor variation av fiberoptiska kommunikationsprodukter, skräddarsydda fiberoptiska kablar och fiberoptisk expertis.Förvärvet har ingen betydande påverkan på Hexatronics lönsamhet.“Tech Optics har varit en partner till oss under många år och vi är väldigt glada att kunna välkomna teamet till Hexatronic Group.
