Maksu on toteutettu suunnatulla osakeannilla, jossa on luovutettu yhteensä 968 osaketta kahdelle henkilölle osana palkkiota hallitustyöskentelystä 1-4/2020.Tämän johdosta Investors House Oyj:n ulkona olevien osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on kasvanut 968 osakkeella.
