På den ordinære generalforsamling i EAC Invest A/S den 30. april 2020 blev det besluttet at annullere de egne aktier, som selskabet havde erhvervet i forbindelse med gennemførelsen af det omvendte aktiesplit, i alt nominelt kr. 802.570,825.Kapitalnedsættelsen er dags dato besluttet gennemført og endeligt registreret hos Erhvervsstyrelsen, se hertil selskabsmeddelelse nr. 20/2020 af 29. maj 2020.I forlængelse af ovenstående skal det med henvisning til § 32 i lovbekendtgørelse nr. 377 af 2. april 2020 om kapitalmarkeder oplyses, at, at selskabets samlede aktiekapital pr. dags dato udgør nominelt DKK 3.519.250 fordelt på aktier af DKK 350. Det samlede antal stemmer i selskabet udgør 10.055, inklusiv 104 resterende egne aktier. Med venlig hilsen,
