Muudatused AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp ja tütarettevõtete nõukogudes

 AS Pro Kapital Grupp teavitab oma aktsionäre muudatustest tütarettevõtete juhtimises. “Seoses sooviga vähendada töökoormust on Ernesto Achille Preatoni otsustanud lahkuda kõigist grupi ettevõtete nõukogudest. Tema asendamiseks kaasame senisest enam emaettevõtte juhatuse liikmeid ning emaettevõtte tasemel on üldkoosolek just valinud uue nõukogu liikme,” ütles Paolo Michelozzi, AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp juhatuse esimees.28. mai 2020 seisuga jätkavad grupi tütarettevõtete nõukogud järgmistes koosseisudes:Pro Kapitali kontserni ettevõtted Eestis:AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp nõukogu – Emanuele Bozzone (esimees), Petri Olkinuora, uus liige Oscar Crameri alates 27. maist 2020AS-i Pro Kapital Eesti nõukogu – Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi (esimees), Emanuele Bozzone, uus liige Oscar Crameri alates 23. maist 2020AS-i Tondi Kvartal nõukogu – Allan Remmelkoor (esimees), Emanuele Bozzone, uus liige Oscar Crameri alates 23. maist 2020AS-i Tallinna Moekombinaat nõukogu – Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi (esimees), Emanuele Bozzone, uus liige Edoardo Axel Preatoni alates 27. maist 2020Pro Kapitali kontserni ettevõte Lätis:AS-i Pro Kapital Latvia nõukogu – Emanuele Bozzone, Allan Remmelkoor, uus liige Edoardo Axel Preatoni alates 28. maist 2020Edoardo Axel Preatoni ja Oscar Crameri CVd on lisatud käesolevale teatele. Edoardo Axel Preatoni ei oma emitendi aktsiaid, Oscar Cramerile kuulub 15 000 emitendi aktsiat.
