 Forløb af ordinær generalforsamling 2020 i Conferize A/STorsdag den 28. maj 2019 kl. 10.00 blev der afholdt ordinær generalforsamling i Conferize A/S med følgende dagsorden:Bestyrelsens beretning om selskabets virksomhed i det forløbne år.Fremlæggelse af årsregnskab med revisionspåtegning til godkendelse.Beslutning om anvendelse af overskud eller dækning af tab i henhold til det godkendte årsregnskab. Valg af bestyrelse.Genvalg af Lars Kolind til bestyrelsenGenvalg af Morten Mathiesen til bestyrelsenGenvalg af Carsten Brogaard Jensen til bestyrelsenGenvalg af Laura Lindahl til bestyrelsenValg af Claus Bretton-Meyer til bestyrelsenValg af revisor.Bemyndigelse til generalforsamlingens dirigent.Eventuelt.Ad punkt 1.
Generalforsamlingen tog bestyrelsens beretning til efterretning.Ad punkt 2.
Generalforsamlingen godkendte årsrapporten for 2019.Ad punkt 3.
Generalforsamlingen godkendte forslaget om, at årets underskud på DKK 34.644.206 overføres til egenkapitalen.Ad punkt 4. a.-d.
De eksisterende bestyrelsesmedlemmer Lars Kolind, Morten Mathiesen, Carsten Brogaard Jensen og Laura Lindahl blev genvalgt til bestyrelsen.Ad punkt 4. e.
Claus Bretton-Meyer blev valgt til bestyrelsen.Ad punkt 5.
Generalforsamlingen genvalgte Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab som selskabets revisor.Ad punkt 6.
Generalforsamlingen bemyndigede generalforsamlingens dirigent til at anmelde det besluttede til registrering hos Erhvervsstyrelsen.Umiddelbart efter generalforsamlingen konstituerede bestyrelsen sig med Lars Kolind som formand.Om Conferize
Conferize er en digital platform for arrangører og deltagere i events og konferencer med særligt fokus på den proces hvor events bliver til. Platformen er “Event Creation Software” (ECS) i modsætning til traditionel “Event Management Software” (EMS).
