L’Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire convoquée le mardi 19 mai 2020 à 12 heures n’ayant pas réuni le quorum requis, le Conseil d’Administration convoque les actionnaires à l’Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire reportée le lundi 8 juin 2020.L’ordre du jour est identique à celui de la première Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire du 19 mai 2020: le conseil d’administration proposera aux actionnaires d’approuver l’émission de droits de souscription (warrants).Tous les documents liés à l’Assemblée Générale extraordiniare du 8 juin 2020 sont disponibles sur le site internet d’EVS Broadcast Equipment https://evs.com/en/corporate/corporate-governance/general-meetings).
