Ændring i KommuneKredits bestyrelse pr. 13. marts 2024

Borgmester Martin Damm er indtrådt i bestyrelsen for KommuneKredit, idet formand for bestyrelsen Henrik Hvidesten har valgt at udtræde.

Bestyrelsen har samtidig konstitueret sig med Martin Damm som formand og borgmester Thomas Lykke Pedersen som næstformand.

I forbindelse med sin tiltræden som bestyrelsesformand siger Martin Damm:

“KommuneKredits finansiering spiller en vigtig rolle for lokal velfærd, udvikling og vækst i Danmark. Det ved jeg alt om som borgmester, og jeg ser frem til at stå i spidsen for KommuneKredits bestyrelse og bidrage til dette arbejde.”

• Borgmester Erik Lauritzen, A, Sønderborg Kommune
• Borgmester Peter Sørensen, A, Horsens Kommune
• Regionsrådsmedlem Tormod Olsen, Ø, Region Hovedstaden
• Regionsrådsmedlem Carsten Scheibye, V, Region Hovedstaden
• Birgit Aagaard-Svendsen, uafhængigt medlem
• Susanne Kure, uafhængigt medlem

6 bestyrelsesmedlemmer vælges af kommunerne, 2 af regionerne og 2 uafhængige medlemmer — med kvalifikationer inden for regnskabsvæsen, revision, økonomi- eller risikostyring — vælges af bestyrelsen.

Valgperioden for KommuneKredits bestyrelse følger valgperioden for kommunalbestyrelser og regionsråd forskudt med 5 måneder. Den igangværende valgperiode går fra 1. juni 2022 til 31. maj 2026.
